Lightning Man

Lightning man is shaped like a yellow lightning bolt with 5 
points on each side including the flat top and the bottom point. 
What I mean by lightning is not like Harry Potter's. His hair is a 
rectangle that is green in the center of the flat top of the lightning 
bolt with equal space on both sides. He has one square eye at the 
top center of his head with a black outline, white inside, and a 
black dot in the middle. He has one black leg coming off of the 
bottom point of the lightning bolt with ten fingers. His black arms 
are like stick figure legs, they have a long line going outward and a 
short line going upward. He has a black oval cloud hovering over 
him with the center of it over his green hair, once again there is 
equal space on each side. It has three blue dots (rain) on both sides 
of him.
