Hi! My name is Rolly Polly. I am a monster. I live in young childrens' sock drawers. My friends are Ernie, Spike, Fubu and Benji. We all like to scare small kids except for Benji who likes to give children good dreams. I feast on socks; maybe that's why when you wake up to put on a sock you see tiny teeth marks all over it but my favorite snack is tall cookies and milk.



Now I will tell you how to draw me.



1. The first step is to draw a triangle that is pink at the top of the page; this will be the hat.

2. Draw two circles at the top of the triangle six inches apart, for the eyes.

3.Then draw two stems (thin rectangles about 3" high) sticking out of those circles and color them dark purple.

4.Then draw a wide oval on the top of the stems. These are the eyes. The "whites" of the eyes should be green and the pupils should be red. The next step is to make half circle under the hat it must be attached to the triangle make it a dark purple.

5. Make an open smile with yellow triangles as teeth; make eight teeth on the top and seven on the bottom and color the teeth white.

6. Now for my body: first you must make four bread stick shapes (they look like horizontal hotdog shapes). The first bread stick is 8" wide; color it light blue. The second one is 9" long; color it lime green. The third one is 10" long; color it yellow. The fourth breadstick is 11" long; color it orange. Each breadstick shape is about 1 inch wide.

7. Now for my arms. Make three tire shapes . . . each one should be slightly bigger than the other. They are red. The first circle is 1" wide. The second circle is 2" wide .The third circle is 3" wide. At the end of the third circle on each arm, there are four lines protruding out. They are four fingers that are not attached; color them black.

8. The two legs consist of 4 red tire shapes each. The first is attached to the fourth breadstick; it is 2" long and 1" wide. The second is attached to the first; it is 2 '" long and 1" wide. The third is attached to the second; it is 3" long and 1" wide. The fourth is attached to the third; it is 3 '" long and 1" wide.

9. Attached to each of the legs and pointing downward are 5 toes. Each looks like a stick (about 2" long)"; trace in black.
