My monsters name is Dr. Evil. Dr. Evil has a yellow round head with three small round black eyes. Each eye has a samller white circle inside the black eyes. He has a black line smile like a happy smile and he does not have a nose. On his head he has half a sqare that is green for a hat. His body is red and is shaped almost like a human's body with two red arms standing up as if he were being held up by a policeman. Each arm has three fat fingers. The arms and the fingers are also red. Dr. Evil has a purple snake wrapped around his neck and coming down from his arms. The snake has two green circle eyes and a red tongue coming out. You may think Dr. Evil is nice because he is smiling but remember he is "Dr. Evil." I dare you to draw him if you can!
