Draw one big orange circle. Put one eye on the left hand side . Outline the nose with green that is sideways . The lips are light blue . 
Then you need to color in the circle orange . Draw neck and a light blue T-shirt. Draw pink hands outlined in red. . Then on the head draw yellow hair
down to the shoulders . Draw red shorts down to the knees green socks up to the knees and dark blue . 
On top of the head put twisty green wires with 
round gray eyeballs at the end
