On the top there is a medium sized circle for the head
In the middle there is a large circle attached to the first circle for the body
Make one eye in the middle of the forehead of the head circle
Make two antennae with eyeballs on the top coming out of the top of the head
Make two diamond cheeks and a banana mouth in the head circle
Make a wiggly nose with a dot.
Give it long hair, long arms and big hands with long fingernails.
Give it very long legs and long toe nails
Color it blue with black hair and nails
