First make a circle about the size of a coffecan.
Inside that, draw a smaller circle about the size of a tea cup , you'll need to color that green . Make an even smaller circle in the very middle of all of the circles , color that black . Draw 2 wings with 3 humps on the bottoms of both and color those gray. 
Outline everything in black. Last, but not least, make the eye bloodshot, but don't outline these in black! That's how you make a flying eyeball !
