step 1: Draw a small ovel shape head thats brown. 
stp 2: Draw green ears like leaves on a pomtree outlined in black.
step 3: Draw a short brown neck.
step 4: Draw a half blue half oarange shirt blue right, oarange left side.
step 5: Draw half pink half purple bagy jeans.
step 6: Now draw a black u- shape on the bottom of his jeans for the shoes .
step 7: Draw a clown hat.
step 8: Draw streak of blue on the left side of the hat.
step 9 : Now draw a streak of oarnge on the left side of the hat.
