1. Draw a circle and outline it with yellow this is the halo.
2. Draw an upside down triangle for the head, with a line that is one cm at the bottom of it.
3. Draw orange heart shaped topped hair.
4. Draw a two small orange dots, at the top of the head, for the hearclips.
5. Draw 2 lines in the triangle for the eye and eyelashes.
6. Draw a dress and outline it with blue and color it in sky blue. Put red, green, yellow, orange, puple, blue, brown, and black polkedots ln the dress. 
7. Draw wings at the left and right of the dress. 
8. Draw a brown tail at the right that goes above.
9. At the top of the tail draw a red, green, yellow, and orange bows. 
10. At the bottom, of the right wing, on the tail, draw a puple, blue, brown, and black bows.
11. Draw a round shaped brown hand on each arm.
12. At the bodom of the dress, draw round brown shaped legs.
13. Draw a yellow topped wand on the left hand.
