Step one:Draw a circle with a rectangle neck color it blue. 
Step two: Draw a circle in the middle of the head for the eye.
Step three: Put a small black circle in the middle of the circle.
Step four: Draw 5 spikes on top of the head color them orange.
Step five:Draw a smile above the neck color it red.
Step six: Draw one rectangle on each side of the head for ears color them orange.
Step seven: Draw a long skinny horizontal rectangle color it yellow for the top of the body.
Step 8: Draw 2 red rectangles for arms with three black claws by the yellow rectangle.
Step 9: Draw a green square under the horizontal rectangle in the middle.
Step 10: Draw a light blue tail with eight orange spotsby the green square.
Step 11: Draw a purple rectangle under the square
Step 12: Draw 2 legs 1 purple 1 green.
Step 13:Draw 2 feet 1 purple on the green leg 1 green on the purple leg.
