Pelly Welly looks like a trashcan with flipper, legs, and a long neck with a little circle head. He is 6 inches tall and 2 inches wide. His tiny white head is about the size of a dime. He has 2 blue ears shaped like flippers on each side of his head. His brown hair is like that of a lion. His eyes and nose are green dots. His mouth is green and is shaped like a banana. He has a red scarf tied around his neck. His pink neck is 2 inches long and is 1 inch wide. He has 2 blue flippers on his neck about half way down, one on each side. His red body is a rectangle that is 2 inches wide and 4 inches long. He has 2 blue flippers for arms on each side of his body about half way down. He has 4 blue legs that look like golf clubs. They are about 1 inch long and ' inch wide, two are pointing left and two are pointing right.
