Robert the Rainbow

Robert the rainbow is an arch that is 2 ' inches thick and is 8 ' inches wide. He looks like a rainbow. He is made up of 4 layers. THE TOP layer IS YELLOW and is ' inch thick. The layer below this is green and is ' inch thick. The next layer is blue and is also ' inch thick. The bottom layer is red and is ' inch thick. There are two white eyes, approximately the size of quarters located in the middle of the arch between the green and blue layers. The bottom half of each eye is black. The bottom red layer has a frown the middle of it. Then there are two white clouds on each end. The left cloud is 2 inches wide and 1 ' inches thick. The right is 3 inches wide and 2 inches thick.
