1.Draw an oval.
2.Make the inside a lime-ish color.
3.You make the arms and legs the same way.
4.The nose and mouth are black.
5.Then make the hair with black outline.
6.Fill the hair orange and purple, then get pink dots and put it on all parts of the body.
