The Eye Eater

My monster's name is eye eater. First, make a big circle. Then, make two more circles inside of that on the left and the right. After that make one circle inside of that. Then, make a little circle in the left and right circle. Go back to the big circle and make it black. Make the other circle red. Keep the other circle white. Then, make the other eye black. Make two swirled lines at the bottom of the circle. Then, make two swirled lines at the top of the circle. Make one rectangle on the right side. Then, make another rectangle on the left side. Don't make the rectangle any color. In side of the medium circles make 6 black lines.
