Step 1 Draw a circle for the head.
Step 2 Draw circle eyes and a line for the mouth. 
Step 3 Draw a fat rectangle below the head.
Step 4 Draw two boxes for the feet- one small, one big.
Step 5 Color the head red.
Step 6 Color the eyes and mouth green.
Step 7 Color the body blue.
Step 8 Draw 2 ears and then draw a green circle inside each ear.
Step 9 Draw a rectangle leg on top of each foot- one small, one big.
Step 10 Draw a red hat on the head.
