STEP 1/ Make an oval for the head. 
STEP 2/ Make a black line under the head for the neck.
STEP 3/ Make a box for the body. Inside make two red lines like a x.
STEP 4/ Make a rectangle for the skirt. The skirt is black.
STEP 5/ Go back to the head and make fluffy red hair.
STEP 6/ Go back to the body and make 2 large C's for the arms. Make the C on the right backwards.
