Draw two rectangular legs. Draw a square body. Draw one arm going straight out from the body and one arm down next to the body. Draw a circle on top of the arm going out from the head. Draw two circles in the circle on the arm. Then make a smiling mouth in the circle. Make the shirt dark blue and the pants light blue. Then draw blood splattered on head, shirt and pants.
