1. First you draw an old fashioned TV that has a wooden cabinet outlining it. 
2. Then you draw a face: 2 big red eyes, a half triangle nose and 26 teeth in middle. A yellow row of teeth on top. Orange row on bottom.
3. He has 2 brown army boots with red spikes on bottom that are at the bottom of the TV.
4. On top of him he has 2 antennas with eyes on top.
5. His face is blue, and the wood is brown.
