TV Man 

Joe

1. First you draw a square box for his head. Put I two eyes, a small nose, and a smiling mouth with a fang coming out of the top corner of the mouth.
2. his arm's are on the side of his head.
3. he has fire (one flame) on the sides of his body below his arms..
4. make two antennas with circles on top sticking up on top of his head. 
5. Make fire for his hair.. It is yellow with red outline. It is one big flame.
6. He has a blue shirt.
7. his two legs form the bottom box below his head. They are inside of his shirt and you can't see them.
