Gar

Gar is half man, half devil, half lion, and half executioner. 
His claws are so long and sharp. He is taller than a giraffe. He has abominable ugly teeth. His body so gooey and slimy. Gar is the leader of all bad. Gar gets to carry around the scepter. Gar has one head that is purple and red. His eyes are a multi-mix color. 
He holds an execution shard in his hands it is red and black.
His devil-like wings are all red and located at his waist. His cloak flies behind him when he runs. All of his daggers clink when he walks.
