Make a dark yellow oval face and two bright yellow eyes with blue glasses and a light yellow triangle mouth. The triangle is laying on its side. It has a bright yellow square nose and two ears that are purple. He has a red headband going over the top of his head and it goes from one ear to the other. He also has 4 blue hairs and a flag that has a purple stripe on top of a white stripe on top of a red stripe on top of a white stripe with a blue stripe at the bottom. He also has a white flag on the top of his head.
