Dino-Mate Monster

My creature is a dark water centaur. He is half human and half
fish. He is standing in upward position and his eyes are the color,
blood-shot red. His hair is lemon yellow and real stringy and his
teeth are scissors sharp. His arms have mid-size scales on them
and his plump hands have claws sharp as shark teeth. His chest
starts right at the tip of the neck and it sends out thin, slimy
tentacles from the waist up. His body color is tan-ish brown. The
tail has greenish blue and tiny scales and the end of the tail looks
like a mermaid's tail. The tail has blue and white stripes.
