1.First draw a huge tie-dye cow 
2.Then put a tie-dye shirt and disco pants on him.
3.Third put a pair of army combat boots on him.
4.Make him drumming on a blue drum set.
5.Draw a disco ball next to him.
6.Draw a disco hall in back of him
7.Then make a nuclear warhead coming out of his side
8.Draw him with a cattail.
9.Make him with a huge Afro.
10.Draw him very colorful.
11.Draw him with an udder.
