First you draw a head. Then you drawspiked hair. Then you draw eyes and a nose. For the mouth you go up and down like v's. Then you draw arms and then a neck. Then you draw arms then hands, and sharp nails. Draw a stomach and then you draw legs, feet and then you draw sharp nails on the feet.
