The Eyeball Monster 

Portia 

1. Make a white circle for the head.
2. Draw long blue hair.
3. Make vampire teeth, with her top lip showing
4. Make a small nose. 
5. Draw a white rectangle for the neck, put red lips on it.
6. Make a light blue rectangle for the shirt.
7. Put 2 eyes on the shirt.
8. For her arms draw red lips by the top of the shirt with an eye connecting to it, do this for the other arm also.
9. Make blue pants 
10. Make eyes for her feet.
