1. The head is a medium size blue circle shape, with two eyes that are small and black circles, one nose that is a small, black circle, and one mouth that is a rectangle shaped and black. 

2. The stomach is a medium sized red square.

3. The legs are medium sized, and rectangle shaped, and green.
