READ ALL OF THE DIRECTIONS First! First put your paper facing vertically. Then draw a circle in the middle of your paper. Make sure that its three inches away from the top of the paper and three and a half inches away from the bottom of the paper. Then it should be five and a half inch wide and five and a half inch long. Then draw an eye on the left-hand side in the circle. Make it one and a half inches away from the width of the outline. And should be 1/2 inches away from the top of the circle. Make a round eye. The eye should be one and a half inches long and one and a half inches wide. Make a line in the eye that is as long as the eye. It should be 1/2 inches away from the left outline of the eye. Make the slash on the right hand side. Away from the right hand side about 1/2an inch. Then make a pupil that is curved and is 1/2 inch and is 1/2 half inch wide. It should be right up close with the right hand side. Then do the same thing on the right hand side of the circle. Make that eye two and a half inches away from the other eye. Make the other eye right up close to the right hand side. This eye is one inch away from the top of the circle and should be two and a half inches away from the bottom of the paper. Then draw a little dot. Take a black marker and just push it down and there's your nose. Make sure that it is three inches away from the top of the paper and is three and a half inches away from the left-hand side. Then draw a mouth that is two and a half inches long. It should be 1/2 inches away from the bottom of the paper and is one and a half inches away from the left-hand side. 
Make a leg that is one inch with a bean shape attached to the big circle. The bean shape is at the bottom of the leg. That is one and a half long. Make it at the bottom of the circle. Do the same thing on the left-hand side. But make the leg one-inch and his foot one-inch. Make his left foot look like he's walking. 
Now where at the top of the head. Where going to make a top hat. Make a curved half of a circle that is a 1/2-inch. Then at the top of where you stopped make a line that is an inch long make sure the line is going up. Before you do that make sure that the bottom of the curved line is touching the big circle. Make a line going horizontally connecting to the line you just drew should be two and a half inches. Then at the end of that line make another line going vertically it should be one and a half long. Then make another curved line so that the round part is sticking out. Make sure that it is on top in the middle of the circle. YOU'RE DONE BUT NOW YOU HAVE GOT TO COLOR YOUR PICTURE. 


Hat is black body is yellow. The space between the line and the pupil is blue. Nose eyes legs and feet out line in the color it is spouse to be . Lips are red. Legs are black and feet are brown.
