Curly Eyes

Curly Eyes looks sort of like a person but he's different in many ways. His head is a large flattened electric lime circle that is approximately 4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. His ears look like the capital 'C: that are an inch wide and three inches long and attached to the side of his head. He has hot magenta eyes that look like whirlpools with black swirling lines. They are about the size of a half-dollar coin. He also has a very bit hot magenta nose shaped like an upside down mushroom about two inches tall and two inches wide. His mouth is the same color as his eyes and nose and looks like a hump rope without the people twisting it at the ends. His hair looks like red flames that are not pointed at the top but more rounded. He has an electric lime neck that is a rectangle two inches wide by a 1' inches tall. He is wearing a royal blue T-shirt. He has three yellow arms on each side shaped like fat rigatoni noodles. His ultraviolet pants are shaped like a rectangle tat is 2 ' inches by 1 ' inches. There is a black straight line separating the legs but the right side is bigger than the left. He has two yellow legs that turn in and they look like ladles to dip soup out of the pot.
