(1) Draw a large circle.

(2) Draw one medium oval near the center of the top,

with a small circle in the middle of it. Color the oval black. 

Color the small circle blue.

(3) Draw a medium circle in the in the center of the large 

circle. Color it white.

(4) Draw three triangular teeth in the medium circle.

(5) Draw two lines with a circle on the top coming out of 

the sides of the head pointing up. The lines and the large 

circle green.

(6) Draw two lines a circle on top coming out of the sides

of the head pointing down.
