Little Rainbow Peewee Man

1. First draw a a medium sized circle.

2. Next draw two lines at the top and in the middle.

3. Then make two little circles on the side of the circle.

4. Then color the arms blue.

5. Then make a smile with a red tongue.

6. Then make two legs out of circles on the bottom of the circle.

7. Now color them green.

8. Then finally make lines in the order of the rainbow.
