Our monster is lime green with hot pink polka dots. He has two heads with one short arm and a hand on top of each head. Each arm has three fingers. Our monster has one foot with no leg, and has five red toes. He has one other long arm on his left side, that has ten fingers and two small pink polka dots. Billy has ten eyes on each head that are shaped like an upside down triangle. He has one mouth on each head that are like squiggly lines. His body is shaped like an oval and his heads are circles. He has no nose and another arm coming out of his right side. This arm has three fingers and two pink polka dots. Billy Bob Joe is surrounded by midnight blue. His name is printed in orange, above his left hand.
