Squiggles

This monster is called squiggles. Put a squiggle blue square in the middle with 12 spots anywhere you like in the square. Attach four green arms with white paws. Put six legs with shoelaces like sport's shoes. 
Put a squiggle blue head with two bendy rectangles near the top. Put two eyes with blue pupils. 
Put a circle red nose. 
Put a mouth on the second to last squiggle.
