Octoman . . . what a strong, brave and fun monster. He eats octogetti for dinner. Yum Yum!! He likes people who are friendly caring and kind because those are the things that best describe him. He lives on the sun. His parents are the hokie pokie people of the sun. He is the best monster because I can tell him my deepest and darkest secrets and he will never tell. He can also turn invisible. I'm sure you will enjoy meeting him. 

Start at the top.
Make an octagon for the head. The eight sides of the octagon are about one inch each. Next, attached to the head, make two trapezoids for the ears attached at the 9:00 and 3:00 positions. In the head about three fourths of an inch down, make two small octagons with a black circle in each for the eyes. Attach the head to the body at the bottom of the head. Make a cm long neck. Then make a cursive L (lowercase) for the nose. For the mouth, make a wavy oval.
Next, for the body, make another octagon, slightly bigger. Think of the body as a clock. In the 9:00 and 3:00 position make two wavy lines with five fingers. At the bottom of the octagon, make two five-inch squiggly lines. Make five toes. Color the head blue, the body green, and the legs purple.
