1.Draw a big circle in blue

2.In the circle draw a medium sized eye, color the eye brown

3.Put 4 eye lashes on the eye, color them orange

5.Put yellow dots spaced apart

6.On the left side draw an arm with 2 fingers, color it light purple

7.On the right side draw an arm with 2 fingers, color it raspberry

8.On the left side draw a leg with 2 toes, color it dark green

9.On the right side draw a leg with 2 toes, color it teal blue

10.Write the word Weirdo in dark blue between the legs
