Step 1: Draw a very big triangle (make sure it doesn't fill up the page.)
Step 2: 2 ' in. from the top tip of the triangle draw a line ' in. long going to the right.
Step 3: 2 ' in. from the top of the triangle draw a line ' in. long going to the right.
Step 4: In the middle of the two lines make a big oval connecting to the two lines.
Step 5: Under that draw a semi-oval and ' of an in. shade a light red. Do on both sides of nose.
Step 6: ' in. from the bottom of the nose draw a dimple with a ' smile and on top of the half smile draw spikes on the ' smile. Put small red dots on the top of each spike.
Step 7: Draw big legs at the bottom of the triangle. Draw a line down the middle of them both. Draw ovals on the bottom of both legs.
Step 8: At the top of the triangle draw a zigzag line. Make it 1 in. from the top point and draw cat ears ' in. from the top with small black cat ears in them. 
Step 9: 3 in. from the top point draw an arm 1 in. long and ' in. wide. Draw a hand (with 5 fingers) and color it purple. Draw sharp tipped fingernails. (Make them like raindrops) color turquoise. Do on both sides. Draw a black line on both sides. Color arm violet purple.
