First, draw a 6 1/2 inch circle on the middle of the paper and draw four
circles in the big circle you just made. Then draw a 1 1/2 inch circle. 
Second, draw a propeller on the top of the 6 1/2 inch circle and draw a pickle shaped mouth, rabbit teeth and braces. Next, draw 4 arms and 4legs (2 arms on each side) and under each arm draw armpit hair. Then
draw 2 shooting stars (1 star on each side). After that, draw Jupiter under
the bottom right arm. Then draw 2 comets on the bottom left and 1 comet under the monster. Then draw 1 alien ship on the bottom right. Finally, draw nails on the side of his head like Frankenstein.
