Draw a heart shaped head about 2 inches with the outlining red. Draw a triangle nose. Draw a mouth with the top lip squiggly that is black with red around it. Draw an about 8 inched body shaped like a heart with a big eyeball in the middle about the size of a tomato, the body is red. Draw arms shaped as a heart and the point facing toward the body the color is red about 2 inches. Draw upside down hearts for feet that is very close to the body about 1 inch.
