First make a green circle for the head and then make a bigger circle for the middle and then a bigger circle for the bottom, all green. Then make one black arm on the left and one black arm on the right. They are straight lines going diagonal up. Then draw an old fashion black hat. Then draw black, white, black, white, and black small circles for buttons in the middle circle.
