First draw an all red circle and inside the circle draw a blue square mouth. Then draw three red lines facing up from the circle. Draw a green rectangle facing down. On the right side of the rectangle put a green upside L for the arm. Make a purple triangle at the bottom. Put the triangle facing down. Put a purple circle for the wheel at the bottom of the triangle. And you are finished.
