Neckman

Neckman has a head that looks like a four pointed star with semi-circles between each point. He has a very long, skinny, purple rectangular neck. His long rectangular, purple arms are attached to the middle of his neck. At the end of each arm he has green circular palms and three purple fingers. At the end of each finger is a purple circular ball. At the bottom of his neck are two tiny purple L-shaped legs with his feet pointing in opposite directions.
