Dragonfly 

Mrs. Ring's 3rd Grade 

1. Draw an upside down spade (like on playing cards), for the body. 
Color it red.

2. Draw a circle, for the head. Draw a smile for the mouth.

3. Starting in the middle of the head, draw two skinny rectangles with circles on top, for the eyes. Put a black dot in each circle. Color the eyes light purple. Color the head turquoise.

4. For the ears, draw a half of a heart on each side of the head. Color them dark pink. 

5. Draw squiggly, black, thick lines for the hair. On the 
monster's left, draw two pieces of hair. On its right, draw 
three pieces of hair.

6. Draw a bat wing on each side, of the body, near the 
neck. Color them orange.

7. Draw a straight tree trunk on each side of the body, for 
arms. Put three pointy fingers on each arm. Color them 
yellow. 

8. Draw a long rectangle on each side of the body, by the point. Color them blue. In the middle of each leg, draw a tusk and color them green. 

9. Draw an oval on the end of each leg, for the feet. Color them dark purple.
