She has a light blue flower head, a yellow neck, eyes with eyelashes, a mouth with her teeth showing, and drool coming down.

She has an upside down flower for a shirt dress. She has long boots from her shirt that are black.

Her shirt is violet and purple.

Her arms are squiggly with hands like a human that are pink and a tail with a squiggly line and a ball on the end that is red with fire in the background. Start with red, yellow, orange, red, then yellow. 
Her head is a tulip. Her eyes are white. Draw eyelashes on the tops of her eyes. She has a small neck. Her teeth are sharp.
