Draw an upside down triangle for the body. The bottom of the triangle points down. Erase the bottom point and make it flat. Draw an M in the middle of the body.
Draw a rectangle for the head. The long sides of the rectangle are the sides of the head. The short sides are the top and bottom of the head. Draw a brain on top of the head.
Draw two circle eyes. Draw an X for the nose. Draw a smile line.
Draw two chubby arms at the sides of the body. Draw chubby hands and fingers. 

Color the brain pink. Color the head green. Color the cape red. Color the legs blue. Color the eyes pink. Color the feet red. The X nose is blue and the line smile is blue. The M on the body is green.
