2 pounds cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 ts cornstarch

1/2 cup sour cream
1 ts vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 large egg yolk

Step 7. Leftovers will keep, uncovered and refrigerated, for several days.

Step 1. Place the crust in the oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 5.Chill the cheese- cake for 4 hours in the refrigerator- Spread the batter.
