Sandra S. Drobeck I was phoned and left a message that I could have a free psychic reading the day after I phoned Cleo for a reading but hung up before charges could be added to my telephone account (810-412-196l). They left an 800 # to call. I called and they referred me to a 900 # for the free reading. When I phoned the 900#, Frank answered telling me that if I hung up before the hour was up or hit the 911 number because I was put on hold that the total charges of $300.00 would be added to my bill. So I stayed on the phone as he had stated to do even though I though I only talked approx. 10 minutes during that whole hour. I was trying to give him my address when he hung up on me. The day after the call, my phone company left me a message of the charges. I then called the phone company telling them of the scam pulled on me. They assured me that they would make note of the incident and the charges would be sent back to the company. When I returned from vacation, there was a message from Access Resource Services, Inc. which is the 900 service. They said they would take me to court if I did not pay the bill. I really was scammed by Cleo's employee named Frank and I am disputing the invoice. They are threaatening to ruin my credit and take to court which I cannot afford; however, I also cannot afford the $279.44 they are charging me for just holding on the line for an hour. I would like others made aware that the whole situation of a free reading by Psychic Cleo is a downright lie. They manipulate and abuse the trust of the public which I would like to make people aware of their scam. Settlement Explanation: I would like a total refund but I do not believe that this manipulative company will do it. I would settle for a partial refund but feel I was totally scammed by this company. Total refund would be fair but this company stooped so low to scam someone for their money-they do not know the meaning of fair. I did pay the invoice to protect my credit; then I notitified the Better Business Burea but they said they could do nothing because the company was unwilling to cooperate. The Better Business Bureau referred me to the Department of Consumer Services. I sure which someone could assist me in a fair decision regarding the scam pulled on me 5/24/01. Lauren Cabral I have been deceived by a credit card company. This company will not refund our money which they have taken out of our bank account and I haven't received the credit card either. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact E C Network Processing Center. This company never returned a respond to the BBB. Now they wrote a letter for me to contact the Consumer Services as a next step.

Moran I have had a problem closing my account, I sent a $2.75 check as requested, they charged my checking accouont with $275 ! Customer service people have hung up on me, and passed me around, I am waiting for managers to return my calls and mail, e-mailing them does not good either! They will not communicate, yet they are affecting my credit, for their error, not mine !!

Barbara Lewis I have recently received, by request, a packet in the mail offering training for medical claims specailist. A train at home program through AHP. None of the papers furnish a 1-800 number for questions regarding this course. It does however state that upon enrolling in this program that a number, at that time, will be supplied. My question is this. Is this a reconized program that will enable one to pursue employment in the feild that has been choose. all in all is this program offer legitimate. Sarah Brown I received a phone call from Discover Card to reactivate my account. They told me they had a special offer going on to get people to rejoin. You were supposed to receive 15% off of your first purchase. Well, what they did not tell me that it was 15% off...a maximum of $30!!! I remember talking to the person who got me to rejoin and I said that I was planning on purchasing some airline tickets and they said, ya, then this is a great promotional offer for you because you can save a lot of money. Anyway, I have been calling and trying to fight this for months now. I finally talked to upper management and they said that I was not the first person to complain about this offer and all they could do for me was give me another $30!!! When really I should have been getting $200!! Is there anything you can do for me? Otherwise, I just wanted to see if this could help others from getting sucked in and scammed!!! Thanks! In August 29th, 2001, I met with a representative of that company Minto Roy, Vice President to discuss how they will help me to find An executive level position as they indicated in their add in the Ottawa citizen. The objective of signing up with BHA was established at this meetings, as the Vice President of the Ottawa office Mr. Minto Roy was clear to me that they have client has jobs which is ½ hr drive from Ottawa and the job pay $60,000 In addition to the usual help in preparing a résumé ( which I did not need) , practicing for interviews and identifying potential employers clearly indicating my requirement as new person moved the Ottawa city, I was promised high level contacts in companies that would be interested in my qualifications. “ No problem Mento Roy said by our contact you will have a job in 6 weeks” at this point we have clients as jobs which is ½ hr drive from Ottawa and the job pay $60,000 does that make happy Mr. Aly “said Mr. Roy” For these services, the company charged $ 5,900.00 FEE + 413.00GST(total of $6,313,00) for which I completed the payment by September 29th, 2001. Since my first contact with Haldane, few of the promises (never mind the orals ones just even looking at the services I signed on) made have been kept despite my regular feed back to my advisor on their bad service and the different answer I get form different people at the office for the same promises been made by Minto Roy, Vice President of Haldane Ottawa office. For example, doing my resume which I mention above I did not need to change it was just recently very well done professionally. I found the resume Haldane did for me useless I never get any response from employers when I use it to apply for jobs. The company services I agreed on paper (never mind the oral promises to me a get job through contacts the company has) had 3 phases phase one has 7 items 1- Establishing immediate objective ( as new person moved to Ottawa to get some contact in Ottawa with key personal and employers interesting in my skills and qualifications) which never happened 2- Resume which was useless 3- Marketing will never mind that I think I should have notice if someone is marketing me 4- Preparation for interviews and interview techniques ( roll play or video interview and critics never happen) 5- Establishment of a long rang objective ( never talked about it) 6- Appraisal of client’s qualifications; that was not hard it was written in my old résumé which I am using right now because it gets me responses from employers when I apply for a job 7- Develop a career goal ( again was stated in my resume objective and did not change) Phase 2 Assistance in reviewing job offers and salary negations we have not touched that yet Phase 3 That is the funny one Follow-up review in approximately 90 days of starting a position well I have not heard from Haldane since late November 2001 and it is march 26, 2002 today and they don’t even know where I am or do I have a job or not ( they would not even care they got their money) The only contacts I was given were with other clients of Haldane (30 people) who were also unemployed and looking for new positions. It has been 7 months since I first started working with Haldane representatives. The interviews I have had resulted entirely from my own efforts. I believe that Haldane acted in bad faith and misrepresentation of services in registering me as a client, making promises that their representatives were either unable to keep, or had no intention of keeping. I wish to see their actions officially sanctioned. I am available to meet with a representative of the Better Business Bureau to further discuss this situation and provide any additional information necessary in order to help conduct a thorough and detailed investigation into Bernard Haldane Associates practices and business ethics.

Rubhana Dass Having problems with resolving billing issues with Worldcom wireless. Have written and sent registered letters to the supervisor Donna, Jim M. at City of Industry Ca, Richard Chandler VP of customer service in Texas. Have sent 2 "E" mails and have not received the reply back to the second one. Supposed to receive a reply within 72 hours of receipt. I am receiving collection notices. Called the collection Dept. and told them that there was a dispute on the account and I was told that the account would be sent back to WorldCom because of the dispute. I am still receiving collection letters which to me is threatening. I called them today, May 18th, spoke to Matt, who has no clue about the collection laws in California, was rude, yelling and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the supervisor Randa, who said that in order for her to take this account out of collection, she has to see a note from customer service on the account. Told her repeatedly that I am not getting anywhere with customer service, and if she can transfer me to a supervisor. She just repeated that I needed to get in touch with customer service and would not hear my complaint about no one trying to help. I have all the correspondance, dates and names. The issues with my phones started in October 2001. I feel that the employees of WorldCom Wireless are not trained to handle any issues intelligently and be able to work with consumers to resolve any issues. Jennifer Miller I was in the process of car shopping for the purchase of a used vehicle. I stopped at Rapido Auto Sales on 79th Street in North Miami and saw a car I was interested in purchasing, I was told by the sales person, I needed to give a $300 cash deposit in order for them to process anything for approval purposes on my credit, so that I can finance. I specifically asked what if I decide I don't want to purchase the vehicle, or if I don't get approved, or if I get approved and don't like the interest rate and monthly payments, I was told "it is your money, if you decide not to take this vehicle for any reason, we have to give you your money back." I was also told that if I decide to purchase the vehicle the $300 deposit would be put toward my initial down payment. This was on 8/17/02. I kept asking to test drive the vehicle, and the sales manager along with the sales person (who by the way is no longer with the company), continued telling me to wait, they were trying to get me approved that day, I explained to them that wasn't important, I can come back on Monday. With that, the sales manager asked if I can give them $3000.00 cash down payment, that day. I said "no"! I received a receipt from the sales person for the cash I gave, and there is also a sign in the office that clearly states, "no refund will be given with the original receipt". On Monday, 8/19/02 I went down to the used car lot, to test drive the vehicle, and if satisfied, I had all intentions of purchasing it. I was told by, Essie, in order to drive the vehicle I would need to add this vehicle to my insurance, so I did. My boyfriend, son and myself went down to the lot this same Monday, and I had to beg to drive the vehicle. The employees tried everything to get me not to. They asked for me to sign the contract first, I refused. They said that no more than two people can be in vehicle at one time, so it didn't make sense to even test drive it, I also refused. We ended up driving one at a time around the block. I also stated, and showed verification that we are all covered in regards to insurance reasons. My boyfriend and myself were both on the insurance binder. In the end we decided we didn't like the vehicle, and I noticed quite a few things wrong that needed to be fixed, just by driving around the block. My boyfriend, Walter flat out asked the sales manager if he would stand behind his product, and fix anything wrong with the vehicle within 24 hrs of an estimate from our mechanic, the sales manager said "no"! That is when we declined the purchase, and didn't sign any contracts. I informed Essie and Robert (two of the employees) that I just wanted my cash deposit back, and we would be on our way. They informed me that I would not be getting that back, and wanted to keep my receipt. I literally had to take it out of her hand, and regain posssession of my receipt. We called the cops to come and right up a report, and the cop pointed to the sign on the wall, and spoke with the sales manager. The officer came back out and asked if we had a receipt I showed it to him, and he brought it back into the office. The officer came out again and informed us that this is actually a civil suit, and he tried to reason with the employee from Rapido, however he was not willing to reason. Just as he wasn't with us. I investigated through an attorney and he informed me that as long as my original receipt doesn't say "nonrefundable" I am entitled to my full refund, and I need to file a small claims suit against the company. I have been trying for almost three months now to get the owner's name and everytime I call, I get a different answer, or a run around with refusal of the information. As far as I am concerned this company is fraud, and they literally stole from me. That is illegal! I also called the BBB and listened in for complaints against the company and there has been some filed, and all rectified. I am hoping that they will rectify my situation, and give me my money that they stole, in the form of a cashier check or money order. I will not except a personal or business check. I had to give cash, they have the same obligation. In fact the cash that I gave as a "good faith" deposit, should have been put in an escrow account, and within 10 days, I am legally supposed to have received in writing, where my money is. In addition, the state of florida law says the customer has 3 business days to cancel a transaction. I had nothing to cancel since the only thing I signed was permission to pull my credit. This was also a defense on Essies behalf, stating that the monies I gave to hold was for credit purposes, It does not cost $300.00 to pull a credit report, in fact most of them are free. I signed no contract stating that I was giving $300.00 cash for a credit check. I would have never given an enormous amount, and if this was stated to me, or even if I had read that, I would have not been so foolish in giving money, knowing that within 48 hours (which by the way was a weekend)my hard earned money was going to be thiefed.

Claudette Clarke We contracted with "A Formal Image" to provide limousine service, for my daughter's wedding on the June 26, 2003. The limousine driver took my daughter to the church, but never returned to pick her up. The family waited over two hours at the church, and to add insult to injury my daughter left her personal belongings including her throw away bouquet in the limousine. We had to pay for two extra hours for the reception hall. Attempts to contact Formal Image has been an exercise in futily. Formal Image take no responsibiity for what happened. This is not the way to conduct business.

Saurin Makim I bought a frigidaire refrigrator from ABT Electronics.Within a year I had so many problems including failing of compressor twice and now the ice dispensor and the Electronic circuitry have gone bad. Frigidaire wants to sell the parts and the labor now since it is just out of warranty. I would like to advise anybody not to purchase or even think about Frigidaire since all that me and my family had to go through with them. I would also like a legal opinion if I can sue them for all this malpractice these guys are doing by swindling the money of the innocent customers and not providing any back up service which is fast and friendly.

Saurin Makim I had so many problems with Frigidaire Refrigator within the one year of warranty like compressors failed twice etc.etc. Now my unit is just out of warranty and the electronic circuit has gone bad and the ice dispensor has gone bad. Frigidaire want to charge me money for all of their problems. I feel I was cheated in a big way after all that me and my family had to go through including food loss etc.etc.

Peggy & John Doyle New blacktop driveway put in June 2, 2003, called company week later as there was part that was soft and from pictures that were taken did not have enough stone under the blacktop. Person said they would be out soon. Waited 3-1/2 months. We called again and was told someone would be out week of Sep 8th, came Sep 18th, they did a patch job and I was furious. If they would have come out when I first called it would have blended in and we could have a coating put on. There was more but this is long enough. I don't know what can be done about this but I'm wondering if this company has had complaints about not finishing the job properly.

Veronica Bibbs I ordered school uniforms & two letterman jackets from a company by the name of Game Shape International,the owners name is Larry Jackson. I have not received any of the uniforms nor jackets that I ordered for my children. It's been months. He told me that I had to give him 50% down before he could even take the order. Then my children uniforms order was not correct. Now, I have not heard from this man nor his wife Stephanie, no one will return my phone call. I have even tried blocking my telephone number and I still can not reach them. I'm wondering now is this a legitimate company or is this a con man.

Malisa M Williams I bought a 2000 Hyudai Elantra from Rpm Motors in Canby Oregon on May 14 2003, I paid $5070.00 and never recived the car or the money back. I originally agreed that I would purchase a car for $5070.00 and A van for $1030.00 however they agreed that I would only be purchasing the Hyundai. After the finnal payment was made they siad they could not find the title and then told me that they would have to sell the van befor I would get the car and title. I then two days latter on May 16 2003 the Hyundai cought fire in the engine and they agreed to repair it to proper safe condition. The car was then not returned to me and I was told they did an oil change and drove it a tousand mile and it was fine. I then asked about the return of the car and they then said that I needed to pay the $1030.00 for the van and then I could have my car. I agian returned to the dealership and was then told I better pay the money. I told them that I was going to seek legal help and was then told that they were going to charge me storage storage fees because the vehicals were there on there property. However they refused to let me have the car. They told me that they would own both the vehicals and the money and I would have nothing. My laywer said that I should keep the full coverage insurance on the car. on the laywer and Rick Reeder sent a couple letter back and forth and we thought we had resolved the situation. However once agian a problem arose Rick refused to talk with me and said he would only talk with my Laywer. My Laywer (Mike Clancy) tied on many occasions to call Rick. Rick did not return any of his phone calls. In a meeting with my lawyer he siad to try other things befor we moved farther with the lagal action trew him. FRANCES RIOS Hello, Iam not sure that you can help me, but I dont know who else to turn to, so I'll tell you about my complaint. If there's anything you can do to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. I took my prescription for my new glasses to Sears Optical in Victoria, Tx, on August 27, 2004. I was told that my glasses would be ready in 5 to 7 working days. Sears called me on September 10 that my glasses were in. When I got there, we realized that they had ordered the wrong prescription. They told me that they would put a rush order on them and they would call me when they were in. They never called me so I called to check on them on September 21, and I was told that they were in and they had been getting ready to call me. We drove to Victoria on September 23 to pick them up and again they had the wrong prescription. I was told they would put another rush order on them, to this date, October 3rd, I have not heard a word from them. I have e-mailed Sears complaint line twice on September 17th and September 28th, and I have not heard anything from anyone, no one has contacted me about this so far. I am 60 yrs old and I have already made 3 trips to Victoria, Tx, which is a 70 mile round trip. My glasses have already been paid for and I still dont have them. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Tonya Laramore-Bassett in march of 2004 i purchased a living room set from aarons furniture and leasing 4900 West on Diversy. With in a months time of having the two piece living room set the material on the throw pillows began to shread apart. upon making my Aprils monthly payment i informed the store person and i was told they would take care of it. six months went past and within those month a total of five pillows completely shreaded apart. I was continuously told that there was a problem with the manufacturer and I would soon have my pillows. I was fed up so i called the corporate office and notified the regional supervisor who told me that i can indeed go into the store and pick out something else and I would be credited what i had paid because of the factory defect. ok i had a store credit and constantly paying so when i pick out my living room set it will be paid for in full. the person at aarons knew of the agreement that was discussed with the regional supervisor. i went into the store in melrose park and picked out a living room set. a deal was made that i would pay it out and i had already had a store credit, so the final balance left me with around $338.00 and it would be paid out and a delivery date would be set.i came into the store and paid the balance owed on the living room set and scheduled a delivery date. the first delivery date was rescheduled without my knowledge after the store manager called and insisted that he speak to me to make sure someone was at home. he spoke to my 18year old and he inturned gave the store manager my cellular phone number when he got my voice mail he left a message. when i got the message i returned the call. the store rep. said that he went out he will be back , so i left a message for him to call. i constantly called to talk to him but he was not in. my delivery time was from 10am -2pm still no answer from the store. called around five oclock and was told hey i tried calling but you was not in so i have to reschedule, i asked why ,he said you was not at home and i was told the delivery would be rescheduled i told him someone 18years of age was at home delivery could have been made, he said too late delivery people are gone home for the evening. the next date is two weeks from today. i said nothing sooner he said no. another two week wait for something i had paid for. so delivery day finally came on a friday from 10am-2pm. on that day i had to constantly call to make sure they were coming . they showed up at about 4pm. they broke picture frame that were hanging on the wall of my children and when i looked at the living room set i noticed that it had spots on it. as i start moving the pillows i noticed that it was used. they brought me a greased stained living room set. they told me this is what i picked out. i told them yes but new not used. i constantly keep getting the run around and until this day no one has tried to settle this problem not even the regional supervisor. they have only decided to refund me only 238.00 store manager said the rest goes towards leasing the furniture from the time i had it,. because i refuse to keep the used furniture that they brought to my house. till this day it is still wrapped up 2weeks after being delivered.please seeking assistance.no one is returning my calls.

Susan Weidler I wanted to report Stamps.com to your website. I signed up for this program back in September of 2004. The program offered $15.00 worth of free stamps to join. I tried to use their plan to print stamps and the stamps that printed were illegible and unuseable. I decided to cancel this and wrote an email to them in October after they had charged my account for their monthly fee of $15.99. You cannot cancel this service through their email although the company can email you millions of offers. I called today to cancel after seeing their fee deducted from my account for the third time and was told that even though they see the email to cancel, they cannot refund any of my money. The representative did offer to "not charge me for next month's fee". Wow, what a deal? Since I haven't even used this service once. Please add this to you service so that other potential suspects won't be dupped by this company. Susan Weidler

Robert Boudreaux I have written to you before, but never got a resonse from you. I ordered a movie (" Gallant Journey" 1946 version) from MOVIELEAD, Encino, CA. I was told my order went in on November 7, 2006 and that it would take four(4) weeks to receive it. On December 14, 2006 I called them back, and they told me that it left December 13, 2006 (the day before) by Priority Mail and that I should receive it by December 17, 2006. I called again on December 20, 2006 after not receiving anything from them in the mail. The lady then gave me a Confirmation number (9101010521297786968978). I called the local Post Office where I live, and they told me that the confirmation number merely states that my order was put in the system on December 19, 2006, and that it did not mean that it was mailed at all. Here it is December 29, 2006, and I still haven't received anything. I have called again since then only to find out that they closed for the Christmas Holidays (Dec. 23, 2006- Jan. 2, 2007). Donna Chapman I called Central Florida Powersports this month and spocke to Nick, I explained to Nick that I have an ATV that was blowing white smoke and leaking oil from the exhust....and that I was going away for about 2 weeks... He told me that it was O.K. for me to bring the bike in for an estimate and not to worry about the bike til I came back......... Well I dropped the bike off to Central FLorida Power Sports the same day, and they were to do an estimate on it for $75.00..... about 15 minutes I get a call from Nick telling me that its going to be an additional $300 and change cause they need to tear the engine apart to see more to find the problem....... I had my husband give him the O.K. to tear the motor apart.... Within a couple of days I get a call from Nick telling me he has a full estimate on the bike and its going to cost me a little over $1300.00 to fix the bike.... I then told Nick that I can NOT afford that, and called the next morning to speak to a manager "MICHAEL" since Nick told me if I did not come get the bike within 3 days that there is going to storage fees........STORAGE FEES????????? Nick told me since I was going away that it was no problem for me to leave the bike there, Nick did not say anything to me like "IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE WORK DONE HERE AND DONT COME AND GET THE BIKE THERE WILL BE STORAGE FEES" SOOOOOOOOO while speaking to the manager Mike and after I explained to him that I can not afford to have the bike fixed and that I will have to come get it, his comment to me was "WELL YOU KNOW THE BIKE IS IN PIECES AND YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES FOR US TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER" I have never taken anything to a shop to have an estimate and them tear it apart and not put it back together.....I should in no way have to pay $600.00 or more for this bike to be taken apart and put back together without it even being fixed........ I am being bent over backwards and I don't appreciate it!!!!

The time is at 11:45 I got in to the store and buy a crab after i received the crab i go the the resgister and pay and the crab it only cost 8 dollar, But at that time i didn't relize i gave him a 20 dollars bill, I got out the door and go away. But after i remember that was a 20 dollars bill i went back to the store and ask him for change, but he didn't gave me back and curse at me calling name and stuff. That was a bad customers services i have ever see. that why i have this complaint, thank you.

They should responsible for everything broken, missing and vandalized.The movers urinated on my new matress. Brand new boxes of stainless clad cookware, new in the box china missing,stainless silverware set missing, dining rm wall-wall mirror missing, 3 leafs from dining rm table missing, wooden dineing rm chair leg snapped off, panasonic fax machine broken, carousel tower holds 400 dvds broken, louis vuitton travel bags missing, channel purses missing, sony cd burner,dell lap top broken, many of my clothes and shoes missing also.

Legacy Lockers, LLC Consumer Services is the company I have a complaint against. Ruby MCCORD My grandson purchased an XBOX preowned from GAMECRAZY in Fenton,MO. He was sold a warranty for $59.99 and salesperson told him if anytime in 2 years his game messed up it would be replaced same day and as many times as needed in that 2 year time. Upon looking at the receipt it was 1yr. The game hasn't been working for over 6 weekd but it is over 30 miles to the store and wasnt convenient to run up there. Today we finally get there and the store has gone out of business. The Hollywood video store states to go to Loughborough and Grand in ST>LOUIS<Mo.. We drive there, another 30miles and are told they no longer take care of this we have to go to another store at Arsenal and Grand... 20 minutes later we get to store #125946 Jacob calls his mgr. They do not have any xboxes we purchased 7/17/09 $219.99. They tell us we have to leave game there, they will send off and we have to come back to St.Louis to get. Our alternative we can buy updated machine. Brand New XBOX360 for $299.99. They will prorate from $219 to 179, warranty is now void and tells the warranty was good for 1 visit only... Definately not what we were told... I feel they should have given us credit for $219 as they are keeping the used one sending off on our warranty and replacing the machine... I think EVERYONE SHOULD BE WARNED DO NOT BUY USED GAME SYSTEMS, NOR EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM GAME SYSTEMS AS THEY LIE AND DO HONOR THEIR WORD NOR THEIR WARRANTIES....I THINK THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY 17 YEAR OLD GRANDSON. hE WORKED HARD FOR THAT MONEY AND HE TRUSTED CREIG.... JACOB TRIED TO HELP BUT HIS MANAGER LIMITED AND WHEN HE TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER BACK THE MGR WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE....

Mary Dunn My husband and I purchased a vacumn cleaner approximately 14 years ago and this company was the financer. I became ill and the loan became default, then the vacumn was repossessed in excellent condition. We continued to pay on this vacumn under an agreement, up until the latter part of last year. We have offered to settle this account out numerous times, to no avail. The last collections company (Rolfe and Lobello/Jacksonville, Florida) constantly harrassed us. They said they filed a judgment against us and we had been served some type of paper through the local sheriffs dept. When we investigated further (because we knew we had not talked with any law enforcement officials)the papers had been served to the wrong person, but yet, we were charged with courts fees, interest 5 times the amount of the principal, lawyer fees, collections fees, taxes, and the doesn't even begin this complaint. When we decided that enough was enough, after them refusing , yet another settlement offer ($1500.00), they filed another judgement against us with a new law firm! We got this one today in the mail. I immediately called and tried to rectify this situation, but they haven't called back. I have checked my credit numerous times and haven't seen where theyv'e reported this to any agencies, but yet, they insist on ruining us financially for a vacumn cleaner for the last 14 years. Please help us!

Patricia Ryan My auto insurance with USAA Insurance company will not reimburse my medical-pay cost, as they agreed to on my auto accident coverage. Its been 2 months now, I have paid out of 1,500.00 in doctor bills, don't have health care, & I am suffering due to my injuries & no money for needed procedures. I am also unemployed.

Ammar Abukhudair This is complaint on MLG LAW GROUP. They broke the contract agreement with me. There communication of services & customer service was a lie. They did not follow contract agreement therefore I requested a refund. They only refunded me 241.10 from 4200.00. They failed to consultate me legal services, communicate with me and customer service.

Brenda Dykhouse Phone system for CSI in Hillsdale has had many problems over a long period of time(over 2 years) Again today, I had a consumer ask if we were open yesterday as the phone just rang and rang. This is a very difficult way to do business and results in poor relations with current and potential customers. Have given my personal cell humber to my case load to stay in business.
