You start with a green oval head. Then you make a green little oval on top of her head. Then you put two oval black eyes with blue in the middle of the eyes. Draw a thin black nose. Put a rectangle mouth. Under the mouth, put one white dot at each end. At the top of the head put two long orange rectangular shapes sticking out like horns. At the bottom of the head put a long green neck. At the bottom of the neck, put two blue wings and a red triangle for a dress.Then put two small green feet and outline them with blue. On the orange rectangular shapes, put water shooting out of them.
