This is how to draw Evil Pacman. First draw a bubble letter C. Next inside the C draw two layers of teeth one on the top and one on the bottom. And on the top and bottom draw two big teeth. Then draw 12 eyes in rows of 4. Then put a black dot in each eye. Now it's time for the colouring. First colour the hole C dark green except for the eyes. Then outline the two big teeth red. Now you have yourself an evil pacman.
