Mike the Cold Ice Cream man is not cool because he hates people. He loves to give people ice cream that makes people freeze to death. The worst thing he does is put people's temperature down to zero degrees. The most obnoxious thing he does is disturbing people's sleep.

His colors are rainbow-colored. His arms and legs are fat and pointy with 3 fingers and 3 toes. There are red and black claws on the fingers and toes.
