Evil Squared Witch 

M.E.C.

1. Make a black square and fill it in red.
2. Make a blue circle on top of the square and leave it white.
3. Have two black dots for eyes.
4. Make a red triangle pointing left for the nose and fill it in green.
5. Make a black dot above the nose for the mole.
6. Make a red squiggly line for the mouth. 
7. Make a black arrow for the hat and fill it in brown.
8. Make a purple line on each side for the arms.
9. Make two black legs. Then make black shoes and fill them in green.
