1. First draw a big black half circle at the top of the page.
2. Next draw a big circle in the middle of the half circle and color it in black.
3. Then draw a bunch of lines all around the half circle except for the bottom.
4. Next draw a thick line that goes near the bottom and color it in black.
5. Last draw two thick sticks at the bottom of the big stick and sticking out of the side slanted up.
