He has two big orange tears on each side. Billy has eight green freckles on the left and eight on the right. He has LSU written in green under his mustache. He has a beard under LSU that is five round circles that are green and pink. He has a black, yellow, and brown mohawk. He has a long red squiggly like at the bottom of his face. He has a green with brown lines on each side. He is hold a purple and brown lollipop. He is wearing a gray and red cape. He has a green rectangle body. He is wearing yellow pants with one blue triangle and two purple triangles on it. Ha has two black arrow legs.
